These terms apply to consumer purchases of Coconut through this website. Business inquiries are not orders; any business quotation and its terms are agreed separately.

Coconut and your order

Coconut is a portable Bluetooth speaker built around a natural coconut shell. Shape, colour and surface vary between pieces. This natural variation does not limit your rights if the product is faulty or does not match its description.

You can order 1–10 Coconut speakers per checkout. Choose the quantity in Stripe Checkout before paying. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment has been successfully received and Stripe confirms the purchase. Keep that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will tell you and issue a full refund promptly.

Price and payment

The price is USD 450 per speaker, with one flat USD 30 standard shipping charge per order, whether you order one speaker or up to ten. Taxes calculated by Stripe, where applicable, are shown before payment. The final checkout total is shown before you pay. We do not add a separate payment surcharge.

Any import duties, customs-clearance charges or import taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by the destination authorities or carrier and are payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification. We do not promise duty-free importation.

Dispatch and delivery

We dispatch from the Netherlands within 4 weeks of receiving a paid, complete order. Dispatch is not the delivery date. Transit and customs times vary. We will provide shipment details when the order is dispatched.

If dispatch will be delayed, we will contact you with a revised date and ask whether you want to wait or cancel. We will not treat silence as consent to an extension. If you do not agree, we will cancel and promptly refund all amounts paid. You may also cancel before dispatch by emailing us.

Please provide an accurate delivery address. Contact us about a lost, damaged or incorrect shipment. We remain responsible for delivery until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods; this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Returns within 30 days

You may cancel your purchase for any reason by emailing studio@borispolsek.com within 30 days after receiving the product. Include your name and order reference. No special wording or form is required. We will give you return instructions for Monitorweg 40, 1322 BJ Almere, Netherlands. Send the product back within 14 days after telling us you are returning it.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Include the supplied accessories and use protective packaging. We may deduct a reasonable amount for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows. No restocking fee applies.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return shipping, including any unavoidable return-clearance charges. We refund the product price, the original standard shipping charge and taxes we collected on those refunded amounts. We process the refund through the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us first. We will cover necessary return costs and provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. The 30-day change-of-mind period does not shorten your statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Email studio@borispolsek.com with product, delivery, return or complaint questions. We will respond and work with you to resolve the issue.

Dutch law applies, but this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. No compulsory arbitration, exclusive foreign-court requirement or limitation of statutory warranty rights is imposed.

The terms shown when you order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not alter an existing order.
